Given all the negative comments lately, I refused to order from them.

I'm on the executive leadership team of a company that has a call center. It's almost impossible to find competent people willing to work in those roles. We hire ten, half never show up, two can't show up on time, one won't do the work and we wind up with one person 30 days later. It's a real struggle. I've ordered from them a couple of times in the last 60 days and received everything timely. I know that's not everyone's experience and it's a "them" problem not a "you" problem, but it's not just them. It's almost every company that operates a call center.
@Quadratec this might be an opportunity to weigh in here and provide some insight into challenges you may facing. Transparency and candor are the best approach in situations like this. You would be surprised how much grace people will extend you, if you let them know what's going on. There are other threads on this topic as well.

Well I just recently placed my first order with Quadratec for a front bumper (LoD) so that I could flat tow my 2019 Wrangler for an upcoming trip. Delivery was expected within a week, and it was. Except the front bumper with bull bar and D rings, turned out to be a soft door and window kit for a JK wrangler!

Tried contacting customer service at Quadratec through several of their listed numbers and each call was terminated upon trying to input a digit to get to customer service. (Press 2 for orders, etc.). No matter how many times I called, and what number I pressed (I tried them all, including press 7 to repeat menu), every attempt was "input not recognized" or "no selection received". Then "Goodbye".

I tried their email. Still waiting on a response.....I then did their live chat (for an immediate response, use our live chat feature). An immediate response was 40 minutes of waiting for an agent. Who then located my order, said it would be re-shipped, but now it would be a minimum of 2 weeks, even before it would be shipped! Nothing they could do, sorry.

Wow, talk about how to ruin a business! Now I guess I can delay my plans or not tow the Jeep and figure out some other way???

Just got an email from QT saying that the pad and peddle have shipped. So that's good news! Not sure why mine (and others) have shipped when people in this thread haven't gotten theirs yet... strange!

Just wait, it's going to get worse. I've had nothing but good experiences with Quadratec, but this was all before or at the onset of the so called pandemic and installation of #46. Shortage of materials, shortage of workers, shipping costs, gas prices, it's all hitting businesses hard. It makes it worse because many of the manufacturers are giving suppliers like Quadratec bogus information on build time and shipping time. I'm in construction and this is EXACTLY what I deal with on the daily. The information Quadratec is giving is only as good as the information they are provided. Many times, it's false. Those same staffing issues, QT is having, so is the manufacturer. We have expedite charges in excess of $20,000.00 and there is ZERO guarantee of delivery time still. It's crazy and sucks because I really like being yelled at for something completely out of my control or even my supplier's control.
I do my best not to shit on companies right now. Until things normalize, I approach ordering with some grace and mercy. If a supplier cannot get the job done, I consider it my responsibility to look elsewhere. So many employees across the board are simply running on fumes right now. Mistakes can and will happen when you take the current climate into consideration. If you say "yeah but," it's time to reevaluate your approach.

I checked in on my dead pedal order from January. After 42 minutes of waiting I did get to speak to someone. They told me that due to some software issue back then all orders paid by PayPal had not gotten approval. So in essence I placed the order but they didn’t get paid for it. I checked my PayPal and credit card and this was accurate. No money came out of the account. The rep was super apologetic for everything including the crazy wait time. I didn’t bother re-ordering. Prior to this experience I’d have only had good things to say about Quadratec. So I won’t let this one issue discourage me too much.

I'm at about 2 months waiting on my rear 4.56 gears from QT but got the fronts and install kits for front and rear within about two weeks. I wouldn't think inventory levels on something where you have to do fronts and backs together would be so far off to each other but here we are.

For the complaint, why do you order a piece of metal for $80? There are many only cost $15 on amazon or ebay.

Every time i went to order that dead pedal it was always on back order. Then i just forgot about it and didnt care any more.

Kind of sounds like the company is going through its final death throes.

Honestly, I think this is everywhere right now. I ordered a Mopar Lift (not through Quadratec) and it took 18 days to ship. I got the shipping notice today and I ordered 6/9.

I've just cancelled an order that has been on backorder (floor mats) since April because Quadratec refuses to give me an ETA. I still don't know if it's days, weeks, months, or years away. I might be willing to wait if they'd only communicate something . . .

I just ordered several things from Quadratec. Everything shipped quickly, except the 2 items on backorder. And I knew when I ordered them that they were backordered. I had to wait a couple extra weeks for those items, but I am a satisfied QT customer.

I had an order in for the Oracle flush mounted taillights for just about a month. Today they were supposed to arrive, but all that was in the box was a cheap set of mirrors for a JK, but the order number, tracking number and everything else said it was my taillight order...

I called them, waited an hour to even talk to someone, then was told they are "sorry" for the mix up and want the $20 mirrors back so I can continue to wait for my original order to be filling once they are restocked... I just told them to give me a refund at this point.
