Mine just died, 2020 V6 with 56K miles. Misfire, took into dealership and after 10 days of diagnosis they informed me I need a new engine. Kept up with maintenance and just had it in for routine service at dealer at 50K. It is going to be another 14 days or so for them to submit to extended warranty department and response to see if it will be covered. Then they will need to order an engine and replace. Looks like it is going to be awhile before I get her back. 😭😡
My 2019 3.6 blew a head gasket at about 52k miles and required a new engine. That took 11 weeks to be changed under the extended warranty. After that the alternator started slinging grease due to a seized tensioner pulley and the can bus failed. I sold it with around 62k miles.

My 2021 2.0 is running great at 62k miles. I've had the shocks replaced due to leaking, had a coolant leak fixed and the timing chain cover replaced, all under warranty.

had a High Pressure Fuel Pump fail @ 4100 miles. (a not uncommon CP4 issue.)
replaced entire fuel system except for the tank under warranty.

pretty good for the next ~50K miles except for the failure of a Clock Spring (also handled under warranty).

Death Wobble on a bone stock JL Sport at 12K+ mi. Covered under MOPAR MVP service plan. Other than that, no "big" issues so far at 15K mi and counting ... :knockonwood:

Hello fellow Jeepers, I wave to you all.

I own a 2019 JL Sport S, 3.6L Auto, 2-Door, Hard-Top, Lifted on 35's at 110K miles. Only issues, in order of severity (or greivance):

1. Have had to replace either or both sets of batteries 5 times in the six years of ownership. Most assinine ESS design ever. Note: Purchased in Dec of 2019. Best wishes to you 4xe drivers, batteries of any type, SUCK.

2. The rear seat latch jammed at 35K. Labor to fix $1048. No parts replaced, just internal cabling readjusted. Dealership issues beyond the pale. *See below. Gave up on Stellantis altogether. All future maintenance will be performed elsewhere. Extended 7 year warranty be damned.

3. Broken rear defrost at 50K. Electrical connector seperated from the rear window. Ignoring, living without it. Have had zero issues with either ice or frost as long as I manually clear any snow.

Other than the above, nearly flawless operation. Only warning lights have been related to ESS complaints. This is my Daily Driver, living along the Colorado Front Range I off-road this thing a lot. Living the life that John Denver wrote songs about.

Another note, I religiously change the oil (0W-20) personally, near the 50% mark on the Oil Life Gauge.

*Other than suffering through the most miserable dealership service experience on the planet; they allowed a delivery truck to collide with my vehicle while in their care on their lot. They refused any culpability (BS) and I had to repair all damage through my own insurance. Even worse yet, the General Manager initially said that they would take care of everything. They were nothing but schiesters, low-life scrooges.

Even though I love my JL, its been the best DD I have ever driven by far bar none, but I will in good conscience NEVER give Stellantis another penny in business. EVER...

Please understand that this 'stealership' is likely typical. They didn't give a damn about me or my vehicle. BE WARNED.

Happy trails, hopefully trouble free.
