Sounds like a bunch of BS. I've heard plenty of members take their Jeeps in for corrosion work, on the same vehicle, on more than one occasion.
I had mine repaired a few years into ownership. Unfortunately, the second round of corrosion didn't appear until year 6 of ownership. Oh well, maybe @JeepCares can help with that?

Aaaaand, the fun fun just continues. A friend has a 2019 Rubicon, that has bubbling on the bottom edge of his drivers door. Garage kept.
I looked at my drivers door, exact same location, and a small pea sized bubble is there. Awesome!!!

Yeah, garage kept doesn't matter unfortunately. My '21 was and it started on my hinges about 18 months in

Obviously they don't know how to repair long term. I would think the 2026s will do the same thing.

Mine has a spot by the hood hinge on the hood and the body of the doors as well. The paint is still solid, so I'm hoping it doesn't start flaking off anytime soon.

The family and I pulled into a Restaurant parking lot and saw a nice looking White JL Sport, with custom rims, and purple trim, and hinges, with Ohio plates. So, I parked next to it, and saw In sadness, bubbling all over the passenger door, nowhere near the hinges or edges. Sad.

We all know we are going to get old and fall apart, but I didn’t expect my Jeep to get leprosy so young.

I think I will just take off the doors permanently and go with an aftermarket hood / hinges if this happens to mine.

Unless aftermarket vendors start making steel aftermarket doors / hoods / hinges.

I would be happy with a nice stiff plastic or fiberglass doors and hood. It makes more sense.
