The exhaust mounts are also rubber. My Mustangs would make a similar sound. But definitely sounds like rubber. I'm going to go with a bushing.

I personally wouldn't replace anything. Why spend money on parts you might not need to replace for 100k miles? That's just throwing money away. If it's still under warranty, you're covered anyway right?
