probably not parked on the wrong side of the street but maybe facing the wrong direction. Of course I have looked at the pic multiple times and can't figure out what happened so I won't make any assumptionsIt appears, at first glance, you were parked facing traffic on the left side of the road. She hit you with enough force to shove the Jeep up over the curb with its right rear tire locked (skid mark). The Jeep swung in the direction of the impact leaving its tail out to the left which caused it to end up in the tree with her behind you.
There is no Neutral anything, no parallel parking, no "I just don't know..." You were parked on the wrong side of the street, she was texting and drifted into your parked Jeep. It was her fault, but why were you parked on the wrong side of the street?
