I am not sure what we are looking at apart from a silver car that took it in the shorts.

spare is cracked, carrier has been sheared, gate wont open, bumper is in the body, driver fender is deformed, branch is in hardtop. Thats all that can be seen immediately.

the lady tried to parallel park, and instead of putting it in drive, she got to neutral and panic took over. All that was heard was the impact and a toyota camry trying its damn hardest to put a jeep onto a curb and into a tree.

so ive seen some other accidents, and it seems it takes very little to total wranglers given the body material and frame layout. A nice little rear end and the frame gets tweaked.

Your frame is likely fine because of the way it happened. It wasn't a high speed collision, she pushed you. Repairing the tub is the hard part. Hope it all works out for you.

I used to own a 1997 Mitsubishi 3000 GT VR-4 that was rear ended by a drunk driver going around 20 or 30 MPH.

After the accident, the back hatch was misaligned and you could tell looking at the car the back end was bent downward. Upon inspection, it had frame damage in two places. It took around 3 months and about $17k (in 2001 dollars) to fix it.

It never drove quite he same afterwards. That car had a six speed manual transmission and the gears were really stiff in a way they weren't before. I made the hard decision to trade it in on something else. Still miss that car do this day.

So am I to understand she neutral dropped a camry hard enough to push a 4 door jeep over a curb? Wow. Sucks it happened to you but that's a ridiculous situation.

@ELJL - I understand your frustration right now, but can you post additional pictures of the damage? I think we need to see more to understand exactly how badly damaged it is, or to at least venture a guess.
