Apparently you do not know how to remove oil filters. Anyone knows you should at least loosen the oil filter first So you know you will be able to remove it. As for the drain plug being removed, well if you don’t have the common sense to remove the fill plug first. In 1965, when I was 16 yo, I got the bright idea to do this on my '65 Mustang. Poked a hole in the oil filter and then could not get the filter off. Went to take the filter off with big mouth pliers and the filter crushed..
I walked 2 miles to a mechanic at a small shop down the road. He drove me home and he managed with a lot of work and assorted tools to get the filter off..
I learned the hard way then, when young, you do not poke a hole in an oil filter and also you do not drain oil out unless you know you can get the fill plug open.
