Here are the 3 screens that make up the Off Road Pages. They are available on any model JL that has the 8.4" uConnect system.

Gotcha. I have the 7" which explains why I'm not getting them. Thanks!

So my dealer downloaded the update and can’t get it to load. He said it keeps telling him software not compatible? Any ideas? Thanks!

Others on here have posted that the dealer had to replace the uConnect system if the update showed not compatible. You could send a PM to @JeepCares for assistance getting it taken care of.

I took my vehicle in for the off road pages 4 weeks ago, i was at dealership for 4.5hrs when the service advisor came out and said they had to download the update to a usb drive then upload into my radio and it would take another 2 hours. I left and resccefuled for following week. I arrived and after 3 hrs they came out and said there was an error downloading the software and they had to change usb drives and down load again. I left and set it up for following week, I arrived at dealership and waited another 4 hrs for my jeep only to be told that there is an issue loading up software to my radio saying radio not compatible. I have the 8.4 alpine and i have wasted 3 saturdays trying to get an app on my jerp that I payed for when i bought it?? So tell me jeep cares what exactly do you guys care about?? There is not one dealer in Arizona who has a clue what off road pages are or have a clue what the service bullitin number is unless the owner does all the leg work and brings the info to dealer. Very very sad system that jeep had set up and im afraid it will never change. They take your money thats for sure.
Hello All,

We have received an update regarding Off-Road Pages. Manual downloads will not be available on driveuconnect.com until further notice, contrary to the information we had previously provided. However, anyone needing the JORP manual download can visit their dealership at any time, as it was just made available at the end of last week. TSB 08-001-19 has been released for dealers to perform the manual update using a flash drive, and they have access to this TSB through their online technical resources. At this time, if you call the dealer and request for TSB 08-001-19 to be applied to your vehicle, they can perform the repair once you bring it in. As always, please feel free to message us with further questions.

Sent an email to the local dealer asking about this TSB by number. First response is that they have never heard of it. Hopefully they look into it and will be able to update the firmware on the radio

Was just told by the dealer after two days of them having my vehicle that Chrysler told them not to replace the radio, they are coming out with new software to fix the issue. I’m in touch with Jeepcares

It’s been 1 year of ownership and many failed attempts to update the radio. From over the air that never worked to 4 trips to 2 different dealerships. Star case opened and they refuse to replace radio because they have a fix coming out sometime in the future.

The problem with the unsuccessful loading of the software is caused by the software license of the radio has expired.

There is definitely a disconnect between management and the poor customers using the product in the real world. Everyone has been very nice but the time spent on such a minor software update does not breed confidence if a more serious problem occurs.

I would be uneasy buying anymore vehicles from FCA due to this and its a shame because overall I really like my Jeep.

Man I feel the same way!!! I would never buy another FCA product until they change their ways. Between this and the battery issues among a few other things, and hearing all the other peoples problems, how could I!!!

That's a little extreme....your Jeep works just fine. This is such a minor issue.

Care to explain what you mean by "software license of the radio has expired"? How did you come to this conclusion?

Number 1 the issue is minor but since I don’t have a Jeep dealership nearby the amount of time I’ve wasted is extreme.

Number 2 the last dealership confirmed with Star that it definitely is a radio software license that is stopping the update.

I never said it was the end of the world, but if FCA is this disconnected on a minor issue, then I would hate to have something that disabled the vehicle be this hard and long to correct.

At one point I was interested in the Cherokee SRT but I would not consider one now.

Everyone I have dealt with has been nice but Jeep Cares and the dealership are also frustrated by the lack of a timely resolution. Again, I waited a full year and besides the 4 trips to the dealerships not very close by, I spent much time between email and phone.

Also, I stated that overall I am happy with the Jeep but it definitely would make me pause on the purchase of another product. My Jeep Cares manager has repeatedly thanked me for my patience saying that many of the customers she has helped have not been as willing as I to work in a friendly manner to resolve this.
My response has always been that the update is not a critical one. But when the day comes that I would sell my fully loaded Rubicon the next buyer may want the off road pages and it works on most of the Rubicons I have checked out. An easier for me resolution would be a final trip to the dealership for a radio swap but Star is unwilling to do that.

Final thought, I would never try to discourage someone from buying an FCA product, but after giving this a year I feel that everyone, including FCA management might benefit from my experiences.

I'm getting my radio replaced because of off road pages, the stereo stays on after LOCKING AND ARMING the JLUR. Lately the XM has been cutting out under clear skies. However the head unit is going to be replaced per STAR.

Anyone have an issue where ORPs works except for elevation and GPS coordinates?
Yes. Ive only seen those pop up for a few a minutes or so once in the 10k miles ive had the Jeep . NO rhyme or reason why the showed up that one time.
I was excited when they finally showed up...then a few minutes they were gone again.
