Off Road Pages Update Status...

It does have this feature. Click the "Where To" on the Nav. Then scroll your list down. Click on trails. Then click start recording. It will record your path and then name it with a date and time. The. You can click them and say do you want to route from the start or end. So when you stop and load it you can say route to start and reverse your steps. If you shut your vehicle off while wheeling it will stop it and you'll have to start a new recording. Keeps track of mileage and time on the recordings too.

Fan freaking tastic! Now if they just had it so we could share trails, it would be perfect!

No problem. I actually was on a road trip in the Smoky mountains and had stopped and was messing round with the NAV cause I didn't have cell service and I found it....a month and a half after having the Jeep. Lol.

Assuming you have an 8.4 radio...

The scenario ..... You are out driving the JL and then park and turn it off.

Now, on the 8.4 a message comes on that says an update is available and do you want to do now or schedule for later.

Message states you will be without specific services like SOS while it is updating.

At this point, you set the little date and time for update that is on the screen or you click on proceed now. IF you say do now, JL must stay in off position to proceed. You click now and it starts. You see a slider on the screen that indicates 26 minutes to go til completion of the update.

You can now drive the JL while it does the update or just leave the JL be and it works. While the update is proceeding, the screen on your 8.4 will stay on... on with that slider message. At completion of the update the JL turns all off if the vehicle is parked and left unattended.

Got my JLUR in May, updated Saturday. I now have ORP on the nav.

Is anyone else missing the parksense lines (Red/Yellow/Green camera lines that appear in reverse) after the update?

I noticed that right after the update completed. Checked to make sure they were on - even toggled them off/on. They no longer appear as an overlay while in reverse.

Yep, gone again, and this time it took Assist, Vehicle User Guide, and Send & Go with it

Ok, add me to the list, I got the update last night and had the ORP's and even tried them out. As of this morning they are gone just like they were never there.

Mine was gone as quick as it appeared. Then they showed up after running into the store. Weird.
