Off Road Pages Update Status...

Like many others, last night I finally got the update that put Off Road Pages back on my Jeep! But within ten minutes, it had disappeared again. Fast forward 11 hours to this morning and it’s still missing. Anyone else have this problem or have any advice to get it back?

I have the problem but no idea how to get them back. I updated this morning and they were there [cue lights from above and angels singing] when I got in to drive home from the grocery store. For giggles, I allowed the gauges to display for my 15ish minute drive home. About 5 minutes into my drive, they disappeared and screen went to “apps” screen, then back to off road pages, then back to apps screen and the Off Road Pages icon was now missing. 4 hours later, still not there.

Spoke too soon! After sitting in my Jeep for about 15 minutes waiting for Off Road Pages to pop back up, I decided to see what would happen if I pressed the assist button on the apps menu. Everything got kinda choppy on the screen and my music that was playing through Apple CarPlay started getting staticky, but after it finished loading and I backed out of the assist page, Off Road Pages were back! Honestly won’t be surprised if they go AWOL again though.

Yep, gone again, and this time it took Assist, Vehicle User Guide, and Send & Go with it

I’m wondering if these OTA updates aren’t fully processing or something. This whole “stuff shows up and can be used then disappears randomly” nonsense is just plain weird.

I’ve been in my Jeep for the last 20 or so minutes straight on a run out to get some breakfast in a drive thru. Just got home and none of them have loaded yet. I checked periodically throughout the drive as well and they never showed.

My ORP, is missing in action like the rest of you.

I have tried to full rebooted the radio with my Tazer JL.

I have also gone into setting and tried pretty every choice there. No luck..

Did you guys get a message about a subscription before your ORP went MIA? I did and then ORP vanished.

Did you remember to edit the autoexec.bat and system.ini files? Try running himem.sys.

I think patience is the key here. Based on just the fact the display gets all weird when showing the initial update screen makes me wonder how abysmally coded the UConnect software and all the apps are. Seeing as how it took the OP 11 hours after the initial update for ORP to appear, it's probably just a matter of time before it shows up for folks who still have it missing.

Mine had appeared originally very shortly after the update but then quickly disappeared. It popped up for a bit again this morning before disappearing and taking other apps with it

Mine has done the same thing. I just took the Jeep to the store and the ORP icon is back, but I expect it to disappear again.
