Normal knocking sound?

I am facing the same issue with my jeep
Dealership actually replaced my rear differential, canister unit. Still i can hear the knocking noise while driving lower rpms.
But you mentioned about grommet/cover
I will inform to them about grommet and cover replacement

She's Gonna BLOW! My 2.0 with 4500 miles mine sounds smooth as glass. So sorry but that sound in yours is horrible and NOT normal.
