4cyl Turbo Knocking Noise?

I always have used 91 or 93 depending on what is available.

I would not call it a knock, but it is really loud at start up.

Goes away once warmed up. Normal ? Had the same thing in my Nissan for 6 years and my ram for 10 years, use premium fuel and oil. Cold steel, aluminum and plastic. A lot different from the old cast iron blocks. Stick your head in the drivers fender well and it almost sound like exhaust pulses resonating in the cat. Turn the radio up and enjoy the ride.

I'm having a weird sound coming out from my 2.0 turbo engine.
The sound is occurring when the engine is warm and after a drive not on cold start.

When turned on, low RPM and major ticking sound comes up.

The dealer could not find the problem and fix it after more than 7 visits.

Is this common, please advise.

The 2.0L sounds like it's going to grenade at any moment. Notoriously noisy engine. It's normal.
