Looks good, any insights on how you wired it? Where did you get it also? I am still showing it as backordered/preorder? Thank you.
Hi Luis, I’m getting the wiring done for me tomorrow, that’s above my pay grade lol. All the wiring harnesses are included in the kit.

ARB’s instructions weren’t very good but I figured it out. I did need to source (locally here in the U.K.) some fittings and a hose which weren’t included with the kit, these were easy to get and cost less than £20...maybe $25.

I already had the compressor but was waiting for a bracket I liked...so I preordered it from Qudratec when it was first launched. Looks like they’re out of stock but could supply again 9th November...

I installed my ARB dual compressor today using ARB’s new underseat mount. It’s much further under the seat than the other underseat product I’ve seen.

Nice product, terrible instructions!

I really like the installation by @Kansascoast especially with the male attachment below the drivers side door. Once Aux 3 is engaged you can air up all the tires. Very clean install and no concerns of passengers kicking the compressor. I will be purchasing the ARB dual.

I went with UPDOWN AIR. underseat mount and their quick connect system for airing up and down all four tires at one time. Install was pretty easy.

Here’s what I’m thinking. I tested hood clearance and seems good in either location. Just trying to see which spot is easiest to design and weld up a bracket for.

I like that a lot. It should definitely not get wet going across a stream and if it does you may have bigger issues. How was wiring it up?

That’s the route I went. Got a smittybilt 2781 for $134. Seems comparable to the single ARB in speed. I’d like have an air compressor mounted but none of the options available appealed to me and overall cost was way more.
I was packing for a hunting trip that I'm on now and realized I didn't really have room for the big Viair 440P I have. So, I bought a little cheapo compressor and tossed it in the cargo compartment with my recovery gear, a tire plug kit, and some basic tools. At least I'll be able to plug a small hole and inflate a tire....eventually. I recall years ago, a very experienced off-roader had a flat and had one of these cheapo compressors and a plug kit. He fixed a flat and was ready to go in short order.

I’m waiting for an adult to help me with the wiring, maybe Friday.

The wiring is my biggest concern. I am waiting to see if there are any Black Friday deals, but definitely want the ARB dual compressor and hooked up to the aux switch. Think I still prefer it in the engine compartment. I am unsure if I need the extra air tank, but could add it later.

I used the @Kansas JL Mount in the engine and ran all the wiring myself. I am a total newb and was able to do it. If I can anyone can. Using Aux 3 or maybe 4 I forget. It has held up all year and in some bad weather as well. So far so good.

That is great from an experience side. I will give it a go. I will probably go with the DV8 mount unless I can get in touch with @Kansas JL and buy the mount from him.

Wiring is pretty much 3 wires.. positive (red) & negative (black) to the battery make sure the fuse is located at battery so your wiring is protected if it grounds out. Pretty sure all that was needed was the purple wire, ran to the spod or MLC-6. That sends power to compressor to turn it on... no other wire was needed unless you plan to use their switch with the indicator light that dims...

Do you have the all weather floor mats? If so do they still fit without modification in the rear?
