I took my boss out on a trail that had some banked corners to it. Pulled up one to about 28 degrees and held it there while he squealed. Pretty sure he shat himself a little.

I have a diesel Rubicon with a 2.5 inch AEV lift on 37-in tires. I've been at 34° and the Jeep still felt stable. I read somewhere that a stock Rubicon was good to like 45°!
I can't imagine it being able to do 45°. Everything would have to be perfect and you'd have to have a very specific set of equipment. E.g.: engine, tires, winch, etc. would all impact it. And, of course, whatever the rig is standing on has a significant impact.

Haha I agree if it's true. I'm not willing to test it and let you guys know!

26-27 and I am definitely puckering and paying extra attention with my throttle/brake input. reached 28 over the weekend and didn't feel good lol. On a 4.5 lift with 38s running front antirock, if I were on sway disconnects, would have felt even worse with the flop that it does.

Anyone know if there is a potentiometer used for lean angle, and where it's location is? Does it go off cab angle or axle angle as that makes a difference. Always removed mine for road racing bikes, located under the seat/tail.

I was trying to pay more attention to mine yesterday. I was at 37 roll and 35 pitch when I had to quit looking and pay more attention to getting it back down. It was really loose and slippery, but otherwise, it felt bad, but not as bad as one would think. I mean, it wanted to go over, but I still had some control of what it was doing.

Maybe loaded properly and dead flat surface made out of sandpaper.

Rather than a number on the dash, if you feel your rear tire starting to leave the ground, proceed with caution (and steer into the downhill side, never steering into the uphill side).

This is the closest thing I ever witnessed as a near flop (a friend in his TJ at 39 degrees)

Where were you for this adventure? Hidden Falls? Looks kind of like it, but wasn't sure.
