I'm thinking it might be time to add some security measures to my 2024 JLU. Any recommendations?

I just put on the Rugged Ridge hood latch locks. I couldn't do the Bolt Lock because I have the forward facing camera. I've only had them on for a week but they seem to be high quality. I drove to SEMA in Vegas from Salt Lake City, Utah and stopped at Sand Hollow on the way and did a bunch of wheeling and they held up to that abuse.

I have a Bolt hood lock and a Mopar locking gas cap (you can key both to your OEM key) that I installed in 2019 without any issues.
THIS is the only way to go. I installed both on my 2020 JL, zero problems.

You should also consider the BOLT spare tire lock. Keyed to your Jeep’s entry key like everything else from BOLT. Less keys to carry, bend, break, lose, etc….

Lori -- You'll want to vet the Bolt hood lock for compatibility with the grille on your '24. The center grille panel (w/molded-in cutout for lock cylinder access) that was/is included in the box is compatible only with the original 18-23MY grille design. A few owners of 24s have reported Bolt telling them to cut a hole in their grille to create the necessary access. You'll want to determine if a grille panel for the 24s is now available...if you want to avoid taking a knife to your factory grille.

Contemplating leaving my jeep at a trailhead next to a highway, I just installed Rampage hood locks and the Mopar locking gas cap (excellent Quadratic video shows how to key it). Happy with both.

I like and own this gas cap Lori. But if you are looking to lock access to your fuel and want a less expensive option there's this:

https://www.quadratec.com/products/15006_07.htm

Do note that this cheaper option requires that you keep one more physical key on your person --the key that comes with this product--whereas @Terrymo's suggestion matches the factory key that is already part of your fob.

Note also that, per the Q&A at the bottom of the linked product page, that particular locking cap isn't compatible with Wranglers that have the 2.0T or the diesel engine. The latter is understood; the former, a bit odd. Qtec is saying "3.6L gas applications only." Just something to keep in mind.

i used the Mopar (diesel) locking cap. only bummer for me was that it wasn't green like the original, but it's under a cover anyway.

for the hood, you might find that some items like the Tazer will allow you to enable the hood switches to work as an alarm, which was of more interest to me.

Same here. The first requires a big riveter, and the second requires methodically trying pins in a cylinder until the key goes in a little further.

Back in the day, I put stainless steel bolt and nylock, as I didn't have access to the bigger rivet gun.
It worked well.
