There's things like the Diabolical slipstream, squadbox, and tuffy cargo area enclosure. That give you a more trunk-like area in the whole back.

Jeep also showed one off as a concept in the "Birdcage" at EJS last year but it hasn't hit market yet

Another idea that I saw in a thread a long time ago was using travel/hiking backpacks, rigging them up on the rollcage bars, instead of buying those expensive custom bags that don't seem to fit much anyway.

My wife insisted on buying a set. They're too damn heavy for me to lift and my rig is already overweight, so they're on the shelf until the new 3" lift HD springs get installed.

Yeah, she thinks that *I* spend a lot on this thing.

I get that it's a pain, but it's awesome that you wife wants to spend more on the Jeep...
