Yes, all the rubicons are 4:1 low, but some of them (392s I think) have "full-time" 4wd (4H auto) so there's extra clutches in the transfer case and uses a slightly different shift pattern on the transfer case

The cargo mat is one big piece (wall-to-wall so to speak), so to fit one of those, you'd need to cut it, other have done it, and it has line to make it easier, but that's what it'd take. Wheel wells should be fine, cause they replace the carpet near exactly.
