So that is a no ... I guess I'll go sit in my awesome Jeep with an engine cover, headliner, and that came with correct springs. I did put some more correct springs in it though as well as a more correct clutch, which you would really be complaining about if you had, but those complaints would be justified and backed up with hundreds of post as examples.

The springs are not correct which means I probably didn’t get the suspension parts to go along with the lift.

People can’t post if they are unaware of the problem. How many people that only have 1 inch of clearance between the bump stops and the front axle actually investigated it. Or did they just complain about the small amount of clearance. I would send a picture of the part tag but it is hard enough to get there to see it, let alone take a picture.

So if the collective forum experience is that what you have is normal and you disagree with it. Have you seen what you claim is right anywhere?

They also tend to not post if there is no problem. The fact of the matter is tha... nah you almost baited me into responding with a meaningful response again only to have it get pushed to the side and ignored. Not falling for that again.

The point which and everyone else can’t seem to grasp is if their XR only has one inch of clearance between the bump stops and the front axle, they probably got screwed the same as me. They should be checking those spring part numbers to see. But the gang would rather attack me. Why can’t you let it go.

I didn't attack you for having the wrong springs. I pointed out that this issue was known before you ordered and you should have checked it before you drove away. The bumps on the XR are notoriously short and that has been well bitched about here for a long time. I had three people sit on the front of my Jeep in the dealer showroom while I crawled under it to check the bump clearance. Research and verification.
