Build date it 12/2019, and it’s been on the lot 187 days. Anything I should be worried about on that?

Needs new batteries sitting that long, especially the auxiliary battery. How many miles on it? Hopefully tires didn't sit in one spot forever.
With $6k trade that makes real price just under invoice. Not a good price. On paper it is already a year old and depreciated such.

I agree that the price isn't a good deal but batteries? My Jeep sat on the lot for 14 months and I haven't had any issues with the batteries, ESS or main.

If I can get them down to 43 out the door...is that still too high?

Read some of the ESS posts. My dealer said a new one was dropped at the railyard and wouldn't start because of dead batteries.

Okay here is the breakdown...

MSRP 55420, Dealer Discounts 5264...Sale price 50, 156...Total Trade Allowance is actually 20,887...Trade difference 29,268....total fees (doc fee, state and local tax 1791, license/fees 452 which makes price at 32100. add my payoff for current vehicle 12,900 makes the price 45K out the door.

Although the math works out pretty well, what you're missing (and we can't tell) is whether or not you're getting a fair price for your trade, because that factors in since it's part of the deal. If you take that out for discussion's sake, the $51K plus fees isn't that great a deal. But if they're giving you more than what your trade is worth, then that factors in and might make it a good deal. But if you aren't getting at least KBB.com Trade Value for the trade, then run away from this. (and don't trust them to tell you the KBB.com Trade value - got the website and figure out yourself - being sure to add $$ for the accessories/options on your trade, as some dealers will try to give you only the base $$ from KBB.com)
Another factor to consider - with the Pandemic effects on the auto industry, some areas have had trouble selling off trades, so are stingy on what they will give you for that, while others now are selling them like hotcakes so might do you better...
