Then why get a new one ? You just need one more mod - a Hemi or LS swap. Junkyards are full of low mileage ones. The 5.7 truck engine is I believe the most powerful, and the only one CARB approved (JK) when I investigated in 21. You don’t have that problem.I will be putting the Supercharger up for sale...along with a full leather package (not counting seats) a complete high-end JL Audio system upgrade, ARB rock rails (all new-in-box) and maybe a couple things I have forgotten.
During COVID...I had plenty of extra time and upgraded my '20 JLR doing every nut and bolt myself:
2.5" custom suspension (a lot went into this suspension to get it 'just right') full SteerSmarts steering setup, switched out the aluminum steering gear for the iron one, UD44 front axle W/4.88's, re-geared the rear axle W/4.88's and installed chrome molly rear axle shafts, Mopar 17x8.5" wheels, 37x12.50 KO2 D's, Borla hi-tuck touring exhaust, skid plates, Rock Hard angle-up rock sliders, Warn Elite bumpers and Zeon 10K winch, Teraflex Alpha HD tire carrier, adjustable rear track bar along with track bar relocation bracket, ARB twin on-board air W/Grimm under hood mount...
Thank goodness I do not have time to repeat these mods on a new JLR![]()
