Clorox spray bottle of bleach foam stuff? Cleans the bathtub like a champ! Just don't breath real deep!

Just picked up a used hardtop and the freedom panels are covered in this stuff. I've tried a magic eraser, dish detergent, etc and nothing works..any idea how to get this clean?

Try this.

Concentrated Stain Remover, removes coffee tea and other stains and useful in heat transfer technique. Alkaline Spotter are useful for protein base stains such as blood, some food stains and some inks, pigments and dye.

Application: Use 100 to 140ml per litre of made up solution and use as soon as possible. The mix is suitable for use with heat transfer techniques when attempting to remove foreign dye stains.

I’d say either some low concentrate bleach or just paint them black. Solves the problem AND looks better.

I’ve previously used isopropyl alcohol to clean the tops when installing Hotheads Headliners. That worked better than any other option I tried.

Edit: I have also used acetone pre install

Just be careful that what you use won’t melt styrofoam?

Try rubbing alcohol with 90% Isopropyl and then try hydrogen peroxide. And use a sponge that has a rough side on it.

If you're willing to try something abrasive and have the dexterity for a light-handed gentle scrub, a paste of baking soda and a drill brush attachment might remove those stains or might just be prep for painting? There's a lot of these scrubbers on Amazon:

I agree with Smcdowell; I would try a Sodium percarbonate product as well (OxiClean, Cafiza, et al.) and let it sit overnight.

Sorry for the stupid question if you did but, did you wet the magic eraser ?
I've seen a couple people try using them dry and cuss till I poured water on them for them
I cleaned 2 hard tops that we sat outside in the grass every year with those and everything comes off
If you did wet it, try those other ideas... please be safe, you get those chemicals in your eyes or lungs and it could be a lifetime issue ?
