Hi new here, I have a problem with my JLRU and I would appreciate any advice.
Driving early at low speed the car shows a check engine light, after that the car feels with no power if I accelerate over 3k
Come back home, check and the DTC is U1514-87, clear the code and I take the car for a test but 6km later it comes again.
This time I clear the code but check engine light is still there.
I take off the battery cables to reset but it was worse, Now I had the U018-00, U1514-87, the radio is dead, the sway bar and the start-stop lights are on. The voltage is around 11v when car is on.
I replace both batteries 2 months ago, and I don't know what to do.

Has anyone been through this?

Check to make sure all the fuses are fully seated in the underhood electrical center. I am not familiar with U018-00.

Check your batteries, all kinds of crazy things happen when batteries start to fail.

Do you have a Tazer? Check the bus behind the glove box.

Your voltage is too low, with the jeep running it should be like 14.5 volts. You might need to have your alternator looked at.

Quit calling it a “car”, that should fix ALL your problems.

Really, sorry you are having issues.

Are you still under warranty? I imagine warranties are different in Costa Rica or maybe not?

First, you have to understand that clearing an error code doesn’t fix the problem. I agree with making sure that all fuses are seated properly and that if all good, then I’d have the alternator checked.

Yeah. Having replaced the batteries fairly recently, the next likely culprit is going to be the alternator. Meanwhile, check fuses and make sure all your battery terminal connections are snug.

Every time I see weird unexplainable issues like this it always comes back to the dumb battery setup in our Jeeps. If both your batteries have been recently replaced, then as another suggested, check the alternator. It might have been working overtime to compensate for your previous failing battery. Electrical gremlins unfortunately plague modern vehicles and can be difficult to diagnose.

Double check your new batteries, you may have possibly gotten a defective battery.

How did you replace the batteries?
Check your main bus bar fuse array.

I fix that, but now the car shows dtc B16D7-15, the car runs but slowly over 2K rpm.
Any idea what could it be
