I dont feel like it should be making this noise right? This is rear passenger side. Any ideas?

Sounds like it's either rubbing the splash shield or one of the e-brake shoes inside the rotor. Try to center the shoes by hand and reinstall the rotor. Should go away.

Watched a video on adjusting the ebrake shoes and dude actually was aiming for the sound I was trying to eliminate entirely? Wouldn't you just hear grinding all the time then? I took the rotor off and the sound went away so im definitely thinking its the brake shoes.
