Help with a JK axle!

My 2014 Rubicon was in a minor fender bender a few weeks ago. Unfortunately the front axle was slightly bent and it has been stuck in the body shop in because the front axle assembly piece is on backorder (45+ days out).

Do you have advice on where I can get the following part:

FRONT AXLE ASSY 68017169AD

I am with Allstate, and although they are willing to pay for it, they are being VERY stringent that it must be compatible. If there is any issue with it, they will not pay for it twice. Any recommendations??
