We had to do an one way rental to the Nashville AirportWhat rental agency did you use? Enterprise is in town, but there aren’t any in my area that appear to be offering one-way rentals right now.

Mine was about 14% off MSRP.I’m currently kinda in talks with Gupton on possibly getting a new JL. For those of you who have saved the 6-8% on invoice, what did that translate over to in terms of MSRP? I have seen some say as high as 15% off MSRP but wanted to see what most are getting or what to expect.

Did you go through Daniel? Seems like he's the one most people are going through.Mine was about 14% off MSRP.
Nice, I sent Daniel an email a few days ago but I know they are probably crazy busy so hopefully will get something early next week.I ordered from Gupton on Feb 22.
Daniel quoted me 7% under invoice which is 12.5% under MSRP.
Unless I've missed something since June of last year on my first order, or December on my 2nd order, the spread is 5-7% off invoice.I’m currently kinda in talks with Gupton on possibly getting a new JL. When I got home there were some plastic film protectors still in place under the FPs.Daniel is the owner.
After the order is placed, when you are addressing the details around the delivery, he will transition you to Renee.
Renee is very very efficient and as friendly as possible considering how busy she is.
THEY WILL PICK YOU UP AT THE AIRPORT. Provided you can make timing work with their driver.
I would rate my experience an A.
Smooth, stress free, simple. PROFESSIONAL.
The only complaint I have is that in the pre delivery cleaning the prep guy didn't get all the grease pencil markings off my wheels. Its been 2 months and they are still there. That should give you an idea of how much this bothers me. ha.
Mine were on the money at 37. I checked it when I got there. When I got home there were some plastic film protectors still in place under the FPs.
When I turned and burned the Hella to Carvana, I took the Factory Mats out for spares for the Hydro I found a huge sheet of plastic still under the passenger side mat.
I would think the PD person would have done enough now to have it down to a science. My guess is Daniel hires HS kids to help out, either that or the PD person is like f*** it after doing 1000s of them.
I know Renee was fuming when I showed her my tires were reading 42lbs.
She said "I've told them and told them"
Honestly I've considered doing like the one fella did, telling them not to touch it when it comes off the truck.Mine were on the money at 37. I checked it when I got there.
The reality is that for what we saved, we could get the Jeep detailed 15 times and still come out ahead. Ha.
Glad to hear that! That's what I've been reading is they are a no B.S. place. Unfortunately my first contact with them I only received the build sheet and its price and nothing in terms of the invoice so I'm currently working on that. Still going back and forth on the model so would like to see the invoice on Willys XR and Rubicon XR to see if its worth the extra for the rubicon.Unless I've missed something since June of last year on my first order, or December on my 2nd order, the spread is 5-7% off invoice.
5% straight up
6% with Control Number
7% with Control Number and Gupton provided finance.
There really are no "talks" in the usual way with Gupton. They are honest and transparent. Build a Jeep, give them the link to the build sheet and they will quote you the same price as they do to all their ordering customers as detailed above.
The Gupton experience will ruin you for the usual dealer bullshit tap dance. I'm not sure I'll ever be able to buy a new vehicle the usual way again without punching a salesman.
So build your Jeep, get your price, send your $1,000 deposit and wait.... and wait.... and wait. It helps to come here and whine about the wait a bit to. We all understand. ?
One cool thing, is by the time your rig comes you have kinda forgot about the deposit. ??
