not a gupton buyer yet. but getting ready to do a quote to Koons, Local and probably gupton. where in Tennessee are they located?

maybe i am being stupid or lazy but couldn't find the member contact in sponsors.


anyone not happy with the gupton process from order to delivery ? (except the wait which is jeep)

anything to look out for?

My big concern ordering anything right now is I will be out of town in september, if it takes that Long, i would need them to hold my jeep until october! not sure if that's a problem

Been extremely happy with Guptons. The process has been very easy and Guptons has been very responsive. Guptons does a high volume of Jeeps so keep that in mind. They have it down to a science, just trust the process. I think someone on here said that they had over 200 jeeps arrive in the past week or two.

From what I was told by Gupton is that they do require you to coordinate pick up of the jeep within 14 days of delivery. I'm not sure what the stupulations are??? That is something to ask Guptons.

Guptons is great, buy they are so busy with pickups and arriving trucks and I was slow sending some documents, I am at day 7 out of the 14 days. I am sure they will work with me as they have on everything else. It is a pleasure to work with them both.

Yeah, my pickup is technically 17 days from the time of delivery to the day I pick it up. They didn't say anything when I picked a date for pickup. I think they'll work with ya a bit. But, I'm sure they would like to move them as soon as possible as well.

No clue on price protection but can confirm on the Jeep Wave oil changes/rotations at your local dealer.

I have three dealers near me, so I've used one at each thus far to test out which will be my main dealer in the odd case I *have* to use a dealer for something.

I forgot to add Renee texted me there were 6 more carriers showed up after I left Tuesday afternoon. I guess that's another 48 Wranglers on top of the 250 that are already there waiting to be picked up. Crazy!!!

And mine was one of them! Not sure how long it takes for them to prep them but I'm ready to book a flight!

Although mine was delivered on March 31 (thanks for finding it @Jeepmom ) there is such a back log that I still cannot get my docusign docs so I can schedule a shipping carrier. Understandably, I think those that are traveling to Gupton for pickup and have to be at the dealership for paperwork are taking priority. I have been in touch with Renee and will wait until my docs are ready. I already waited through Jeep build hell, so this is nothing!

Guptons has had over 300 Wranglers and Gladiators delivered in the last 14 days......

My SIX local dealers have received less than 20 in the last 14 days.....

Mine arrived the same day that your did and I just did the DocuSign paperwork today. Yours is probably going to come either tomorrow or Monday.
Renee did tell me that they can’t do the DocuSign until the Jeep goes through PDI. She said that one of their techs broke his arm and another one was out with a sick child so that left one guy to PDI the 200+ Jeeps that have arrived the past two weeks.
