Looks like we might buy something used to replace our totalled JK, then trade it in if our order ever appears.
Man I’m in the same situation. My 2011 JKU was Totaled March 18th, ordered a JLUR on March 23, no movement yet on the build and bumming rides to work is getting old!

My JLUR was totaled in October. Ordered its replacement in December. Still waiting.

That truly sucks. I’m sorry man. I do appreciate all the research you’ve been putting in to figure this build situation out.
I didn’t order anything extra with my jeep except for the premium soft top… and kept it white, thinking that would help speed up my build timeline…. Who knows. After seeing how many white jeep were ordered I don’t think that helped me at all. I can’t imagine waiting 7-8 months though!! And you don’t really even complain about it.

how do you pull all this data up?

I'm somewhat glad that it got totaled. It was the 2nd best thing that we've ever bought (after our current house), but it was off the lot and not exactly what we wanted. That Jeep opened our minds as to what's around us in Colorado and this country. The next one should be significantly more capable.

Our insurance gave us $8k more than we paid for it 16 months earlier, so we had an opportunity to get this one built exactly like we wanted, including all of the dream upgrades (lift, 37s, warn winch, etc) from the start and basically from the factory (including the full warranty).

It's been a painful wait, especially while going through the withdrawals, but I'm confident that it will have been worth it many times over. It should be entering JB today, so maybe the wait will be over somewhat soon.

The data is available in pieces through jeep.com. I just wrote something that figures out possible VINs from sequence numbers (several million "best guess" queries) and tries to extract those pieces of data from them. It puts what it finds into a database so I can later query it.

i am with you 100%. Both a blessing to get way more insurance layout than any other time, and also tough to deal with because of the wait on builds and scarcity of inventory. I have a similar story, this is the only way I could buy a brand new rubicon.
Well I know I am as hopeful as you are, I hope you get your Jeep soon, and get to start making memories in it immediately!! Thanks for the info and your contributions!

I don't know. This is the first update I've received and I don't have a status code. I think it just completed though as it's not showing up on cryptostickers and the build sheet just popped up on Jeep's site today, after I chatted with Jeep Chat.

I ordered my High Tide on March 1. There aren't many options available on these models, yet somehow I'm 11 weeks post-order and still in D1 while others are getting theirs built and delivered within 4 weeks. It's not a parts shortage - we all ordered the same stuff. Is it because I ordered from a small-town low-volume dealer?

D1 is not the same as D status fyi D1 means all parts are gathered

Yeah, I believe that’s true. My order has been sitting in shipping just shy of two months, I ordered from a small dealer in NM.

Then why are much newer orders given priority over mine?
Ordered ours 2 weeks before you and you're a step ahead. We're still in scheduling (D). There's still folks waiting from Oct - Jan.
