If I happen to see anyone pass me doing 70 in a snowstorm and we happen to meet at a gas station, it might be cause for an open handed slap. 4wd/ Awd is meaningless at those speeds, in a snowstorm period end of story.
Some people like to live on the edge. Some go over the edge. ;)

Butt hurt because someone passed you and catching an ass beating at a gas station, some people just bring bad days on themselves.

UH YES.

Bottom line is this - in any situation where you need 4WD, you SHOULD NOT be doing more than 45mph. It's not even a matter of mechanical damage at this point, it's not being stupid.
Not sure where you are or what kind of jeep you have but unless the roads are completely jammed no reason one can’t drive at least 55 especially in a Jeep if traffic allows.

Not likely to happen in Canada, where they don’t even know how to spell “bullet”.
well I apologize for having fat fingers but if you would like to meet me in a gas station after I blow by you and try to give me a bitch slap you had better have made arrangements where you want the body shipped. That statement that you made is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard and yes up here in Canada we can actually drive on snow storms.

Catching a bullet over an open hand slap?? Sounds like a murder charge to me. I don't know Canadian law, but in the US it would definitely be seen as excessive...

But real slow right. I get it. In Michigan, there are diesel trucks pulling big enclosed snowmobile trailers at 80+ mph heading to the U.P. in snow storms to sledding. Then they ride them dam sleds at 125 to 150 on the trail. It is a crazy..... normal type of Michigan winter.

The real dangerous situation is the fuck tard that is driving 35 mph on the Hyw with 100 cars backed up behind him like a traffic jam. I always think those drivers should have stayed home or stayed off the Hyw.

Self defence goes a long way bud just saying if you attack someone they have the right to defend themselves especially in these crazy times just saying. If you attacked me I would be sure that you had a long stay in one of our hospitals. I don’t care where anyone is you cannot attack a person especially when they have done nothing to you that is all I am saying. You drive your vehicle to your own ability other drivers to theirs. You or no one else is in charge of traffic control that is why we have a police force right to deal with these people. In our province we have law called road rage just to deal with situations like this. Merry a Christmas be safe and stay healthy in these very difficult times.

Agreed they are starting to ticket these kind of drivers here for cruising in the fast lane yes if the weather is that bad that you are scared to drive on the expressway at the posted speed and keep up at least with the flow of traffic use the secondary roads or just stay home. TodY people don’t have any consideration on the roads.

It should be clarified that this “ slap “ comment was an expression to be taken on par with how ridiculous it sounds to be speeding during a snowstorm. I can promise you with 100% certainty that whether anyone feels invincible driving at these speeds in dangerous road conditions if you cause an accident a hand print on the side of the face will be the least of anyone’s worries. Love and peace to all during the holidays.

There are many types of snow storms and many location and traffic variables. The highway patrol will likely be cruising 70 mph right along with you in a light Nevada or Utah snow storm for instance. It's not speeding when you're still under the speed limit. An ice storm, several inches of snow on the freeway, heavy traffic, poor visibility, etc are reasons to slow down. In many western snow storms, the freeway remains dry and thus safe than a rainy day. And I agree whole heartedly with the last guy, as soon as you initiate a physical altercation the victim is defending themselves even if they shoot you. You stalked them into a gas station and attacked them unprovoked, at no point are you the victim.
