I failed to mention I was running 91 octane, all I have ever run. If gas keeps going up that may change.

I'm getting about 14.8 avg (mostly city) on 37's and 4.10's. I've been getting 19-20 on the highway. I have a Tazer JL Mini but haven't installed it yet or adjusted the tire size and still got to 8th gear regularly on the highway going 70-75mph. I've been trying to go easy and the mpg is creeping up slowly.

2019 JL Rubicon, 8 speed auto with the hard top. On the highway cruising at 100-120 KPH (~60-75 MPH) I typically get 23-24 MPG. Anything faster than 120 KPH and the MPG starts to drop quickly. In the city I'm getting 15-16 MPG. This is running ethanol free 91 octane.

My last two JK Rubicons (2012 5 speed auto and 2009 6 speed manual) never got better than 20-21 MPG on the highway and 12-14 MPG in the city.

Very interesting. My fully stock 2021 JLUR 3.6 auto hardtop only gets 14 city and 18 highway . I’ve never seen 20 on it.

2021 Jeep Wrangler JLU Willys Edition
2021 2.0L Turbo. First 300 miles showed up on the ODO so I was curious and filled it up. 19.717 mpg on 87 octane. I know that's not the best I could have done but...hey...it's a Turbo so I've just been breaking it in. ;)
My stock 2021 JLU Willys w/ 2.0L is also averaging just 19.8 mpg with 2,000 miles. I'm a little disappointed, as I am not an aggressive driver (unless you ask the wife) and almost always use cruise on the highway. I was hoping for better mileage, but I'm breaking her in, too. Meanwhile, I love the Willys in all other respects (except the hated, ginormous key fob.)

Yeah, that key fob is a bone of contention with me as well. I've had much bigger vehicles with much smaller key fobs!

I was not surprised at the mileage I saw being that it was the first fill up, it's still a very low mileage vehicle and I certainly haven't been shy about testing the throttle response.

Early few drives in my JLU and I am getting 37mpg (UK) (31 mpg US) - non-motorway driving - mix of country roads and town driving for short spells.
It will easily get 40+ (34+ mpg US) on the motorway at 60mph.

I think the computer is still working out the range prediction - when I topped up it said 400 miles.. after 100 miles of driving it says 490 miles.

This is all going off the computer though - not manual calculations.

2.2 litre Turbo diesel.

Took a trip to Boston and back. 65-70mph. Only 19.2mpg. Odometer reads around 2,600 miles. 6-cyl auto

I used to get a solud 21 on highways and 19 in the city in my 2 door JL completely stock. Now that I have 33’s and a 2” lift I can sometimes barely get into 8th gear and am stuck at 17 mpg at the most

87 octane

Stock suspension but added winch and steel bumper maybe 150lbs over stock weight with recovery gear included.

Averaging 18.8 mpg combined AFTER adding cat back from Pypes Performance and a k&n drop in air filter (need to test for offroad condition as I'm worried about too much dirt making it through)

Stock exhaust and air filter was getting me 15.5mpg so I'm happy with the added mpg and the sound and feel I have now.

I have seen 27'5 on my dash which actually mathed out @ 24.3 at the pump. When I was at altitude in CO between 7-11k feet in a rental sport I easily saw 27 at the pump. It's is possible to stretch the mpg out especially when I drive it like the old man I am.

I have a 2021 stock JL2 door Rubicon with about 1900 miles on it …on the highway I get 21 on average around town I’m getting 18.8. I am fixing to put a 2 1/2 inch lift on it and leave the stock 33 tires so I will see what kind of gas mileage I get with the lift

I have the 3.6 w/Auto 2dr JL. Stock suspension/BFG C rated 265/70/17 K02s. Live in Colorado at 6200 feet elevation and run 87 octane. Average MPG the past year in town/highway combined is 20-21. Just finished 1700 mile road trip through northern/southern Utah. Total trip average was 25mpg. Saw upwards towards 26 mpg when driving under 75 on lower speed highways. 20-22 mpg when doing 75 to 80 mph on major highways. Especially thru WY with a cross headwind. I was pretty impressed with it's road trip MPG, luggage room for the 2 of us and handling capabilities.
