25K miles, Metal Cloak 2.5 (Rocksports), 37"
Started about a month back. Subtle left hand turns or bumps on left side started it the most.
Steering stabilizer replacement fixed it up. Was stock (with the MC relocation), replaced it with the Rocksport.
fin (for now...)
No regrets at all, but if I had to nit-pick, I would say my zero offset wheels. Love them when my iKamper is off, but as soon as it is on, my ocd kicks in and it looks skinny and tall. May swap to -12 at some point.
Not a big fan of the Milestars at 26k miles now, but do not regret them...
i love me a good anti-California thread.
yes, please, stop coming here. and better yet....stop sending your kids to live and work here.
maybe we can use part of our 100bln$ surplus to pay people to leave...i dunno. worth a shot though. hundred bucks or so each should do it. probably more...
I couldn't find my post on the effective ride height gained by the lift. I do recall it was right inline with what others have seen from their MC 2.5 though.
No data on the stock ride. I drove it straight to Metal Cloak for the lift. Absolutely do the TR and DL. Mine actually drove like...
Probably a misunderstanding. Not sure how I worder it before, but this is the spot I moved it too to fix the issue. It works fine there
...oh but actually it doesn't because I let the subscription expire :like:
so glad nobody was hurt. it freaks me out every time I see Matt using steel shackles on kinetic ropes and was super happy when he finally went (predominantly) soft shackle.
7/8" is pretty tempting and likely good enough, but I think 1 1/4" is a better choice imo for 6k# mud stuck jeeps
FYI, the Noco's are 48% off right now as a Prime Day deal

Good thread.
Confused about the 12.7 cutoff thing. When I get in the Jeep in the morning, my cranking battery is always at 12.4. Is my isolator failing? When not started, I don't think I've ever seen either battery over 12.7. I have an Engel 45 that I leave running all the time and my...
Good summary there.
For me, I liked that the Innovative mount basically has the compressor sitting right in front of the A/C vent. Plus I have a goose-gear platform behind it, so no issue with passengers kicking it
