Added a spare tire ring light that my Wife bought for me. It was plug and play and installation was pretty easy except for tucking the new wire harness into the stock third brake light bracket.

It wasn't particularly difficult to drill into the rock rails, but I did snap one drill bit in the process.
I left the rock rails on the Jeep while I was determining the placement of the steps, but pulled them off to drill the holes and insert the Rivnuts.
