Fluid capacities

Changing the diff fluid and T-Case fluid for our trip to Moab. I plan on using Lucas full synthetic 75W-90 in the diffs and the Mopar recommended ATF+4 fluid in the T-Case.
The owners manual does not tell you the fluid amounts for these. I know it is fill it until the fluid comes out the hole but need to know how much so I can buy the proper amount.
Also I'm open to ideas as to what to run in the T-Case. We do not tow and do not have a LSD but we do off road pretty hard whenever we can and obviously the heat and off roading in Moab will give the diffs a good work out.

Thanks. I saw those numbers on Extreme Terrain as well. I'm guessing the T-Case takes around 2 QTS since pretty much every T-case Jeep has made for the past 30 years does.

Not sure about that one. I'm swapping diff covers soon (Dana Advantek) and I was all set to put full synthetic Valvoline in when I do, 'cept I was able to snag 4 of the dino 80w90s on Walmart.com for ~$2 each so I figure (if that post is correct) that should git her done.

To my knowledge they have synthetic Valvoline in there (that's what I heard from another guy). I was going to use that but decided on Lucas since a gear shop by me uses it exclusively and they are highly reputable and have put it in my other Jeep. It's 75w-90 synthetic but that should be fine.
Personally I would return the dino and go synthetic. The cost really isn't crazy and for what this oil needs to do I want it performing at it's best. I believe Wally has a synthetic version as well. Just my two cents, I plan on keeping this a long time and skimping on fluids isn't wise IMO.

We've got 30k on the Jeep and I think I'll be doing 30k diff/t-case changes and maybe 60k tranny but no more than waiting to 90k on tranny. For oil I get the full synthetic 0w-20 Pennzoil at Wally World with a Mopar filter from there as well, but I will bump to 5w-20 for summer time especially for going out west. Maintenance manager at local dealer said no problem as well.
