Hello Greg, I've been running the MBRP, 2.5" 304-Stainless, Cat-Back, Race Profile (Above Frame Clearence) w/Turn Down Exit for 20k miles on my 3.6L Manual Trans 2020 JLUR and would have no other exhaust. The sound with your foot in the throttle is awesome. Also sounds great when double clutching for a down shift. Cruising is still audible though easily spoken over.

Thank for the suggestion. I was looking at catbacks last night. Would it be too much for a 3 year old? Its the daily. Wish it was toy lol, but its the family runner for now until the sweetheart gets her permit.

After trying the Flowmaster Outlaw axle back, the Dynomax delete, an Injen axle back, and ab SLP Loudmouth resonator, I replaced it all with the Pypes high clearance. I'm diggin' it!

Okay, gotta ask. Whats makes the Pypes stand out against the rest?

I have the AFE Mach Force-XP Hi-Tuck Axle-Back exhaust (49-48080) and think it's great. Not crazy loud but way better than the stock muffler. Worth it IMO.

Second the AFE Mach Force hi tuck. Sound is more noticeable than stock but not overwhelming. Much more bass than some of the "crawler" exhausts. Really like the sound. Also, its much smaller and no longer hangs below the bumper like the OE muffler.

Installed the AWE trail exhaust prior to buying the AFE. My suspension setup did not work with the AWE Trail, plus it was too loud for my liking, esp with a v6.

Still have the AWE trail Cat back system, brand new, if anyone wants it. Ill get it on the marketplace soon.

Clearance is on par with other high tucks, but the sound is aggressive without sounding like s**t, and there's no drone. It's smooth regardless of RPM.
The Outlaw droned enough to make you wanna stab yourself in the ear, the Dynomax sounded cheap and "tinny," and the Injen/Loudmouth was just grating after a while. And it wasn't the version @Terrymo is running. It was the dual tip, so I lost clearance to boot.

I also have the AFE on my 3.6/6MT.

Great mild sound, no drone, just enough pop and crackle to be sporty when throwing the clutch in.

Perfect

I'll third this one. Had it 3yrs now. Sounds great and nice tuck. Easy install too. I did have a slight exhaust leak at the clamp, so just wrapped it which fixed the issue.

I have the 6MT V6 and I put the flow master outlaw on it and I think it sounds great, especially with the doors off

I’m running the Borla Climber Touring and like for a daily/family Jeep - you can check the sound difference vs OEM here:

Post before/after sound clips when you do the swap so we can see the difference :)

I did the Corsa cat back and we love it. Muffler sits under the driver seat, really great sound…just pricey.

Question...I have a 2022 Rubi with a 3.5 MT and put an (ETL performance) axle back on. I did notice what seemed like power loss but it didn't seem bad and loved the duel black tip style. I then put 35's on and on the highway I spent alot of time bouncing between 4th and 6th. I went to a jeep invasion this past weekend and separated the muffler so essentially ran a muffler delete. On my way back to my camper it actually sounded pretty nice (kinda loud for a daily though) but I noticed I didn't have to shift at all really. I was actually able to accelerate in 6th. Just wondering if anyone knows if I went with a better axle back, will I keep that gain? Does anyone think it's worth spending an extra $500 for say the aFe? I do have the aFe momentum air intake. Should I go with an aFe axle back? Appreciate any input on this!

I went with the AWE Tread edition. It is quite until you get on it. I am going to add a S&B cold air to open the sound up more next week.
