Can I use the msrp price if I picked mine up under invoice? I'd hate to have a mall crawler who paid full msrp feel superior to my offroad dedicated rig because I got it at a discount.
Not just MSRP, add a large market adjustment and shame them.

I know this is in jest, but what's funny is people will post they paid X below invoice in the ordering/pricing forum. Then when they have a complaint in the issues forum, the 54k Jeep they paid for is suddenly 60k+

"....knows the price of everything and the value of nothing."

If you're giving people information they want or can use, you're cool. If you're telling them things so they'll think you're cool, you're not.

This reminds me of when kids would put a VTEC badge on their base model civic. It added 15 HP.

On the wrangler? No interest in advertising a middle of the road mass produced engine. I’d rather keep the ”4 wheel drive” sticker that comes with the Willys package.

Engine badging that wasn't a vinyl would be an old school nod and kind of cool, imo. I think the "4 wheel drive" sticker is pretty dumb though. And I don't believe that most of the posters that are vehemently "debadge EVERYTHING" have removed their "trail rated" badges, soo... get on it boys.

The 4 Wheel Drive logo is from the Willys CJ-2A. What's wrong with paying homage to the CJ-2A? 1947 not old school enough for you?

Didn't know the history, but don't like it aesthetically and also just as a concept. No reason to have a sticker that declares 4wd on a vehicle that only comes in 4wd. And I like plenty of of old school things

The 4 Wheel Drive logo pays homage to one of the Wrangler's early descendants. It was used first on the Willys in 1947. It is currently used on the JL WILLYS model.

And not all Wranglers came in 4x4 in the past. There were 2-WD versions between 2007-2010.

"This drawing number 668718, originally done on 16 April 1947, shows the precise location of the stencil on the tailgates of CJ-2A and 4T pickup truck models. The drawing is related to Engineering Release 3069 which was headed "Name - Tail Gate - Addition of Identification Stencil," and notes that the stencil was Released for Production on 5 June 1947.

The location is specified for the CJ-2A as 1-1/2 inches above the "L" rib on the right side of the tailgate (X), and 1-9/16" left of the right outside edge (Y). Dimensions for the 4T truck are 3-3/8" from the bottom, 2-1/8" from the right."

Love the history, and paying homage. Hate the logo though - I instantly think of "Intel Inside"

All those badges of honor reminds me of the side of Pappy Boyington's Corsair.
