I had a hunch something was up. Congrats on your order. Now the waiting begins.I was told today by Shawn at Chapman that they are not discounting builds below MSRP.
Well that's not good news.I was told today by Shawn at Chapman that they are not discounting builds below MSRP.
Congratulations!!In a way, I was bummed about no deals in PA. I'm another way, it made me feel like at least I tried, and I didn't feel quite as bad at basically paying MSRP. This really is my yolo vehicle, so nothing practical about it anyway, what the hell. I'm super excited now. Told it takes about two weeks to get my vin.
Two weeks for a VIN? I got mine the next day and I'm fairly sure that's not that unusual. In a way, I was bummed about no deals in PA. Interesting, and unfortunate if that is the case. However, Shawn isn’t one of the names I’ve seen as a contact for Horsham before. Others may want to try Tom or Ashley before giving up.I was told today by Shawn at Chapman that they are not discounting builds below MSRP.
Not a huge deal, you'll love it either way! I only got 1000$ under MSRP as I wanted to stay local and couldn't justify the trip.In a way, I was bummed about no deals in PA. Good for you. Welcome to the club. It’s a fun hobby you can enjoy for a lifetime.Well, I'll close this thread out... Duped or not, she's supposedly gonna be here in 3 months
The closest participating dealer in PA is no longer offering a discount. MSRP on any custom orders. So I did a little better than that and stayed local. I'm not into the Tennessee road trip idea. I CAN'T WAIT! See you guys soon, you'll be sick of me in no time![]()
$6k is about 1k gallons of gas, and that doesn't last longGood for you. Welcome to the club. It’s a fun hobby you can enjoy for a lifetime.
The difference between a great deal and MSRP is only about $6000. These days you can spend that much on lift, wheels, and tires (and a like amount on all sorts of other Jeep goodies every few months for years!) In the long run the extra money you spent may be a drop in the bucket, and you’re getting what you want from the local guy without the inconvenience of leaving town.
Sad but true!$6k is about 1k gallons of gas, and that doesn't last long![]()
