Disable emergency vehicle notification

How do I disable, delete, turn off, completely cut, destroy, end, whatever these annoying ass “emergency vehicle approaching” “tow truck” whatever alert?

Every dipshit with a tow truck, roadside assist vehicle, construction truck turns their damn transponder on. Of course the actual emergency vehicles use it correctly.

I am in year 20 of being a firefighter/paramedic. I understand the advantage of the system, but its being abused here in DFW


How do I disable this?

Disabling Travel Alerts with either a Tazer JL or with JSCAN will stop alerts.

With JSCAN:

Disable Travel Link:

ADAPTATION ---> Radio user settings --> SDAR Travel Link Feature Present On/Off--> Target Value = Deactivated

With a Tazer JL .... In radio sub menu, chose disable "TravelLnk” >enable/disable SiriusXM TravelLink

Yep. Stellantis is one of a few manufacturers that signed into the HAAS alert system.

It won’t clear the screen unless you acknowledge it. It’s annoying and DISTRACTING as shit.

Just curious because I've never seen one of these alerts... Does it only activate when you use the built-in navigation?

I get them in my 22 JTOD and my 24 JLUW. Annoying as hell

Not all states, cities, etc have the system.

Does it only work when you're using the built-in navigation or does it work all the time? Like how does it know where you are or does it matter? I don't know I've driven across quite a few states too and I have a hard time believing that all of the states that I've been in seem to be exempt from this system.
