Do you have a moisture filter on the compressor that you use on your tires? If not, that moisture will condense inside the tire every time it is cooler than the outside air, and cause the beads to clump until the tire heats up enough to revaporize the condensation.I would pay for the road force. My shop can only balance up to 35s so i had to install beads in my 37s. They work 95% of the time well. But there are times you can feel an imbalance. Almost like the beads clump or dont go where they should. Eventually it smooths out.
Probably not. It was the shop that filled them.Do you have a moisture filter on the compressor that you use on your tires? Have had good luck with road force, & Centramatic Balancers,, expensive, but reusable. I don't run tall tires though. Also, don't use overload E on my Jeeps, extra weight to spin, harsh ride etc.running 35" ko2 load E. Swapped wheels and can't get them vibration free. Shop I got the original wheels with these BFGs on them had to road force and it worked. But they will charge me to do it this time. Will Counter Balance Beads do the trick?

mine ride well enough that I don’t want to remove beads and remount but Centramatic will go on with next set of tires.Have had good luck with road force, & Centramatic Balancers,, expensive, but reusable. Road force alway betterrunning 35" ko2 load E. Swapped wheels and can't get them vibration free. Shop I got the original wheels with these BFGs on them had to road force and it worked. But they will charge me to do it this time. Will Counter Balance Beads do the trick?
I agree that RF will balance more perfectly. That said, the stick on weights used can fall off or be pulled off when wheeling. And larger tires require more weight often so it increases likelihood. But do what works!Road force alway better
Like mine I have some wheels with a bunch of stick on weights Some with hardly any. But as now still smoothI agree that RF will balance more perfectly. I know this is an old thread but I just had 12oz balance beads put in my 37" KO2's and I've got a slight shake @ 60+.. Does it just take time for it to work itself out?I have 14oz of beads in my KM3 37s and it takes them a while for the beads to get where they need to go or unclump. Once they've heated up and I've driven a while they smooth out a lot. Was thinking about Road Force Balancing as well.
