Cooling system

So I have been trying to figure out the two coolant tanks in a 2020 ESS 2.0l. One is clear and by the washer reservoir and one black one the firewall. What is each for?

Also what is the max fill level for the black tank? It’s a little hard to check a tank that’s black.

Bringing this back from the dead, after having some work done I notice that my intercooler reservoir is pretty low. What coolant type is used there? I checked what I thought was my owners manual but really didn't have anything about coolant type in it.
