Ok good that level is ok but will it fluctuate between warm and cold? Higher lower? Is the difference between warm engine and cold engine in each pic normal?

thanks a lot man.
You can only check it when it’s cold, so as long as it’s within those lines you’re good. After I discovered mine was low and I topped it off, the level settled and hasn’t changed since.

Needs to b

It has to be apples to apples. Always check in the morning when cold for comparison of any leak loss, otherwise you’ll drive yourself bonkers trying to make sense of the fluctuations.
Yes yes totally know that. I was just wondering about contraction expansion for my own well being. lol

Both are within the lines. Today’s seems the littlest lower bit does that matter?

Jim, not to sound alarming but,
can you compare the colour of your coolant in tank with fresh coolant.

Pull a small amount out with a turkey baster or similar. Your colour looks way too dark to me, the coolant i get is pale and yours looks opaque.

Coolant combustion leak test needed.

Also, you can check your spark plugs. The cylinder(s) leaking will be super clean (steam cleaned). The spark plugs with the leaking cylinder(s) will be apparent.

and note..... you can absolutely have a head gasket coolant leak, where the oil is NOT being contaminated.

Agree with previous comments on color. I would not add any today. I would take another picture tomorrow, as it does look like there is some coolant loss from your picture. Another day will confirm it.
