Coolant line came off, need help identifying part

Assuming this plastic part is supposed to have some sort of nipple or etc at the end ? Anyone know the part number for this piece. Been having a loss of coolant/coolant leak lately and after being serviced at the dealer and driving home, hose either blew off or wasn’t reconnected and out went all the coolant. ?

Looks like it's been chewed on by a mouse...and the hose is missing....
On my 2.0 that is a hose that T's into the black coolant reservoir...

The hose that connects to the nipple? It appears to be 68280800AE but my schematics are lacking a bit in this area. Here are photos of said part
