Only the driver’s seat come on automatically, now my wife wants to drive all the time. It is good that the seats heat up quickly.
Pretty sure the Tazer JL Mini has an option to address that.

Yes it does, I just looked up the functions of the Tazer and the passenger seat heat is listed.

Driver seat gets hot, fast, too hot. It's appreciated. The heater in general on this Jeep is incredibly powerful, really hot. First experience with a heated steering wheel and now it's a must have option for my wife moving forward. It makes driving in the cold much more pleasurable. I find I can drive in the cold 30F° with windows down and only use heated seats on the lowest setting and the heated steering wheel and be mostly comfortable (t-shirt + shorts) so so glad the wife pressed for the cold weather package, definitely worth it. Even on a cool night on a beach/lake in warmer regions I could see taking the top off and letting the seats keep you comfortable.

Wonder how much of a job it’d be to install after the fact ?

There is going to be a point where I may regret not getting this on mine ?

At least at home she sits in a cozy garage ?

I have been testing a prototype offering for a current forum sponsor..

The forum sponsor is going to add to a terrific, very inexpensive device he presently sells for the JL and JT, the options to control in multiple ways, the driver's side and passenger side seat heat and the steering wheel heat.... and, the radio volume when you first turn on the vehicle and more.

Can't say more then this right now.. Can tell you the offering works slick as chitt.

I have passenger seat that goes on at a specific outside temp or I can have it go on when passenger door is opened or each time I start/remote start the JL. I can set how long seats stay on and more... Also has settings like this for the steering wheel.

As for the radio... with this offering, it remembers last volume settings and more.

Anyway, I have been testing this goodie for a few months now. Works great and hopefully will be available in the upcoming weeks.

I test drove my Wrangler on a snowy, cold April day. Upon arrival at the lot the salesman had it warmed up with the heated seats and - most importantly - heated steering wheel warm to the touch. From the moment my fingers gripped that leather-wrapped heated steering wheel, no way was I not buying that Jeep. It had me at hello.

I definitely don’t need it in Tucson, but glad I have it! I can get away with using just the steering wheel heater and seat in low when it’s cold and keep the hvac off…saves a lot of battery usage vs using hvac and is comfortable when it’s above 30.

Looking forward to trying out the heated wheel and seats in our JLU. Have to wait until it’s done from the shop. We love the feature in our A7. We have heated rear seats in the 7 as well. Wife likes the heated seat in the summer as well when she needs a heating pad

Got the 18 JLU back from the shop and got to try out the cold weather package. Seat heaters are great, good amount of heat for your butt and lower back. Steering wheel…… dayum that thing gets very warm. Wondering if there is a way to turn that heat level down

I found that once toasty, I turn the seat down to one bar and turn off the steering wheel and don’t need to fire it back up unless I stop somewhere.
