Maybe the judge will rule that all Wranglers need to be recalled and have training wheels installed because no one recognizes that it is a high center of gravity vehicle when they buy it and it's not their fault if they drive it 100 mph and make a 90° turn or traverse a 90° slope and then rollover.

It's technically a written rule, but as long as you aren't calling people names with them, you'll probably be okay.

I once got close to $300 for a class action and I thought it was a giant ruse.

This whole thing is not based on real life risk...but rather a marginal crash test rating. I hope the court does not certify this garbage suit.
