Last time a couple weeks ago when i changed fuel filter, CEL went on. It did clear itself in 4 or 5 restarts. I think if i am not mistaken it happaned similar scenario around 10 k miles. I am at 27.500 miles now. Then in some days this ladt change it did show up 2 times. I scanned and its 0088 code high rail pressure.
I wonder , if any dieseles have experienced similar things.
And i wonder if its connected to that fuel pump recall. Because there multiple things associated with that code, including fuel pump, and /or fuel lines clogged.
Thank you for your input.

Would you be able to do this treatment or something similar and let me know if the issue goes away?

I just got my last free oil change this past Friday, and they said everything's looking pretty good. I haven't had any issues yet myself. Only check engine light I ever had was when I had done some wiring and it threw a code but by the time I went to grab my scanner and check the engine it had cleared itself.

I'm sure I'll start seeing some things pop up when I start doing my own oil changes. I also like to replace things before they're due so I'm sure that helps me get less codes too.

I believe the fuel filters first needing to be changed after like 20,000 mi or something they recommending. I was going to change it sometime within the next month. You can get it on Amazon for like 50 bucks. Not too shabby.
