I bought a carplaykit 4.0 and tried it with my JLUR.Mine did the exact same thing. Did you figure out any way to fix it?
They meant unpair everything from UConnect. Meaning your phone should not connect to anything in the Jeep but the CarPlay adapter.Vendor said I had to unpair everything but the carplaykit and try again.
You can have multiple Bluetooth device connected to your phone at the same time. I have had multiple phones connected to various CarLinkit adapters while also connected to Bluetooth headphones, speakers and watches. They all worked without issue.Told them I need my hearing aids paired to my iPhone for safety reasons.
