Carplay Just Stopped Working.... Advice?

Mine did the exact same thing. Did you figure out any way to fix it?

Yes, the fix is very simple. Go to the dealership, and trade in your Wrangler for one with a 5-in screen. Problem solved.

I bought a carplaykit 4.0 and tried it with my JLUR.
Didn't work. Kept stopping.

Vendor said I had to unpair everything but the carplaykit and try again. Told them I need my hearing aids paired to my iPhone for safety reasons. They gave me my money back.

Miss it; didn't work for me.

They meant unpair everything from UConnect. Meaning your phone should not connect to anything in the Jeep but the CarPlay adapter.

You can have multiple Bluetooth device connected to your phone at the same time. I have had multiple phones connected to various CarLinkit adapters while also connected to Bluetooth headphones, speakers and watches. They all worked without issue.

Didn't work for me. I don't know why. Reported to the dealer who did nothing. Discussed as I said with the vendor that sold it to me through Amazon. They acknowledged and said what I reported.

My Hearing Aids are Phonak. They give me hands free cell phone use which I need at work for safety reasons. Profound hearing loss due to noise. Could be the hearing aids. Phonak is a legend in their own mind. They work; carlinkit 4.0 didn't. It's gone. (I read every post on this site and other forums too at the time. I really wanted it to work. I forget to unplug my phone in the JLUR so often...

I had the same problem, carplay stopped working after 2 months. All attempts to delete & add failed. Finally, ended up deleting the profile and recreating the profile, started woking after that.

This is on a 2024 Wrangler 4xe

Follow up:

* I returned the Carlinkit 4.0 and was reimbursed in full.

Months later:

* Bought the Carllinkit 5.0. It's amazing. It's in the bottom of the console in the Rubi. I'm happy.
