Uconnect "Favorites" function just STOPPED working. Help!

I was hoping I was done with this nonsense when I traded in my 2019 for a 2025 but the favorites randomly don’t work on it either!! So frustrating.

My recently new to me ‘21 JLUR started having the issues a month ago or so back. I read through all the posts and can confirm it’s not SXM b/c my ‘23
Raptor does not have the issue.

Guess I’ve been lucky until now b/c I’ve had too many WK2 GC’s (limited, SRT, & Summit) to count going back to ‘15 and never had this issue.

On Saturday, my radio kept having SUBSCRIPTION UPDATING on the screen while I was driving around. Did it update and fix the issue? Nope, still the exact same issue.

As of yesterday I would get the favorite alert at the top of the screen, but when pressed it still says no favorites available.

I am going to clear all my fav's and try to add them again and see if that does the trick

thats lame....there has got to be an obvious root cause to this issue

Joined this forum today to search for answers and a fix on this exact issue. 2018 JL and the 'disappearing favs' started for me about 6 months ago. I can't believe Jeep doesn't have a fix for this with so many reporting the same issue.

I noticed yesterday the first favorite notification worked, the second time only 1 favorite showed, after that no favorites actually showed when I got the alert

I'm the OP of this thread. Mine has not been working for probably the last 6 months or so. Still not working. It'll will work for about a minute when I first start my car and the favorites list initially populates (within a minute), but it will not continue after that. I can pinpoint that that issue started for me when I took my jeep in for service. When I got the car back, the favorites didn't work anymore. Which leads me to wonder if they did an update on the radio firmware that broke something. Could be a coincidence.

I'm surprised people still pay for satellite radio and use favorite artist lists. I use pandora or I heart radio. You can search an artist and the apps populate a station for that artist and similar artists. When you skip songs it adjusts to what you like. All I use is Android Auto for tunes and nav. I don't think I've ever used the built in nav and don't miss satellite radio at all.

Out west the Satellite radio is a nice option, especially if you get the "save" rates when you ask to cancel. Up in the mountains and very rural areas were coverage is weak satellite works pretty well. Additionally I just don't have it in me to take the time to build and curate play lists.
