My service advisor said the same thing about "known good" part. The new Bosch sensor didn't help at all. BTW, the idea to swap it with the old one came because the part was on a 3-week backorder. BTW, it's a Bosch sensor that you can get at Autozone for $35ish. I may consider putting the old one back in and see if that fixes it. They did check it for connection back on August 1st when I first had the CEL light; they said it was fine.I mean... no codes on GC, right? You're a tech guy like me... let's assume that's a "known good" part. You've had codes every 4-5 days this month. put it in and see if it comes back this weekend?
Also.... on your JLURD, where the hell is this sensor physically located? I'm curious to get eyes on it and inspect it myself for damage. I've had my arms in all sorts of places under the hood and want to rule out loose connection.
Pics attached. It's an easy sensor to get to, although there's a bolt below it holding it in. It was even easier to get to on the Grand Cherokee! 1/4 turn removes it if I remember correctly.
