Yes sir, we talked in your post, but I am not able to math out numbers for max uptravel/fender contact from it and not sure what tires you are running.
On my 23 XR (with Factory BFG 35" tires) my uptravel is limited by my shocks (Fox 2.0 IFP for a 2 to 3" lift and the front IRO hydraulic bumpstops). It is 4 - 4.5" before the the shocks fully compressed. Remove the shocks and it's like 7" straight up before contact.

With one tire stuffed and the other fully dropped (pic below) it was 4" before contacting the inner fenderwell and fully compressing the shock.

Before you go spending a ton of money on your Jeep, I know you said you didn't want to add a lift, but add a set of Terraflex 0.5" spring spacers front and rear. Its easy to do. It won't affect your alignment, your Jeep will look just a bit better, and it'll give you another half-inch of bumpstop clearance up front. That's what I did way before adding the hydraulic bumpstops.

Spends $3,500 on shocks but would rather cut up the body then spend money on a proper lift.

Cut up the body? What is improper about the XR "lift"?
Your original stated goal was good road driving, no lift, increased uptravel, max 35" tires, and snow and mild off-roading capability.

The XR package comes factory with a 1.5" lift. Add a half-inch spacer and you're at 2 inches lift. Plenty of room for your 35" tires. Add the simple to install IRO hydraulic 2" bumpstops and you'll not only increase uptravel, you'll probably bottom out your shocks before you max out your bumpstop.

Yes, I understand and thank you. I was replying to the snarky remark from homie that doesn't understand my goals and I guess thinks everyone should just lift their Jeep for no reason.

I mean the XR is plenty to run 35s there is no need for the spacer lift at all.

And in my opinion (that nobody's asking for) I think folks spend WAY more money on shocks than they should. It's a Jeep, it'll never ride like a Caddy. Yes, the ride can be improved on, but the shock costs should be in proportion to what you're spending on the rest of the suspension and Jeep mods. High-end remote reservoir shocks look out of place in a stock-ish Jeep.

Money that could be better spent elsewhere if you're on a budget.

True. No argument there.

However they're cheap, easy to install, and gives you a little more uptravel up front (which is very limited in the XR). Which will help keep you from bouncing on the front bumpstops some.

I has a 2023 JLURXR. I added a 1" spacer up front, a 1/2" spacer in the rear, put on some Bilstein 5160 shocks (don't recall offhand what the part number were). I also installed the longer Mopar LCAs to ensure my caster was where I wanted it. I gained a lot of droop and sufficient up travel to run 37" Yoko MTs without rubbing. I did add 1/2" of bump stop to the rear after my first wheeling trip. I've wheeled it on some quite challenging trails in multiple states with no issues. The spacers helped and the proper shocks with the right amount of travel helped immensely.

Yes sir, I'm just trying to gain the up travel Jeep stole from me and improve droop, ride and handling. Short body, long travel shock should take care of most of ride/handling, all of the droop and allow more up travel after chopping the bumps. I really just want to do what Jeep should have.

What is your plan to "chop the bumps"?

So yea like I said start with the bump stops and see where that gets you, if you get adjustable ones thats even easier. Then measure what you have travel wise and buy a shock to fit that. Add control arms as necessary, again I really like my RK Adventure X arms.

I was hoping to start with shocks and go from there. The numbers are in my OP, but the shortest have 1.4" more up travel and 2" more down. The next have .9" more up and 3" more down. I can run the shocks now with more down travel and chop the bumps later, but if there isn't 1.4" up to be had, then I have my answer. I really was just hoping someone had the numbers. I included my plans and use in there, so I wouldn't just get "MUH LIFT, DERP". Still got "MUH LIFT, DERP" from that homie up there.

One way or the other those bumps gotta go. They are so long you hit them just driving around town.
