I have had jeeps for over a decade now, so not a newbie.
I see the brand new jeeps at my local dealer have a sticker price of $75,000 and now the Bronco Raptors are starting to come available at $96,000. I am starting to wonder why buy a Jeep anymore, since we all plow thousands more into the suspension and steering.
Then the kicker is with a Jeep we still get a shimmy in the steering wheel or a ride quality we just put up with.
The usual answer we all hear is that we rock crawl so we need the flex. Or the track width is too wide on the Bronco Raptor.
Are we just trying to make ourselves feel better about all the money we put into our rigs? What am I missing since the Bronco Raptor does flex enough for the most of us. HOSS 3.0 Steering seems to be strong. About equal in price in the run.
