Try a different mounting bracket. I’m sure someone makes one. There are several options for the Falcon including other companies. I have Metalcloak on one end, and Teraflex on the other end. I would not change a thing.

what did Fox say when you called them about it?

i've got the Fox ATS, and the only issue i've had with mine is a couple of O-Rings in the mounting clamp got chewed up. (that was after tens of thousands of miles, the Rubicon, multiple trips to Moab, etc.) considering what's it's been through, i'm OK with that.
2 new O-rings, and all was good again.

Here is a pic of the issue. The bracket that mounts to the steering shaft is shot where it clamps onto the steering stabilizer. I'm looking for different options because I can't see spending $450 for another fox stabilizer when I'm sure tis will happen again in a few years.

I had a similar experience when I installed a Rancho RS7MT steering damper. I found a steering reset procedure (maybe in this thread) that made a big difference in the pulling to the right.

The reset procedure was something like you to pull a fuse, start the engine, turn off, wait 5 minutes, replace fuse, start engine turn full lock left/right and turn off engine. Your done.
This is the first I've heard of a reset procedure. With all due respect, this is a little light on details. Is there a little more information about doing this than "pull a fuse, twist the wheel, replace the fuse"?

Sorry, I don't have the details. There was a thread on this forum that gave all the details.

Installed the fox ats and can already tell a difference. Feels more stable when going over bumps.

Been using it on the 12 clicks setting. The manual says 5 clicks is stock. It feels firmer steering. Will see how it holds up at hot springs off-road park next week.

Not sure how op stripped out the little hex bolt head. That pitch clamp is only used to keep the reservoir from rotating. Shouldn’t need to be super tight.

I just swapped out my factory stabilizer for a Bilstein on Thursday, so far so good, maybe a little heavier steering wheel. The reason I did was because with the soft top open there was the slightest "twitch" in the steering but only when the top was back, closed or with the hardtop on it was fine. So I searched, read reviews and Bilstein was exactly what I was looking for and it was only $110, worth it in my book.
