Yup. That's what I meant. Not sure I understand your question. Are you asking about which holes in the bracket I used?

I used the lower holes closest to the driver.Yup. That's what I meant.
Good God man, what amazing customer service! ?Thanks! I do all International orders as custom orders so that I can keep shipping costs as low as possible for customers.
God its so beautiful! I might have to upgrade mine at a later point in time.Take a look at the Dead Pedal I designed. Made from 1/8" aluminum, so it is beefy! Simple install, all you need to do is remove the firewall bolt, put the pedal in place and replace the bolt. The pedal lifts out of the way for floor mat removal. The best feature of the pedal... I have two optional switches that mount in the pedal. The "Old School" floor dimmer switch or a momentary switch. I use the floor dimmer switch in my JL and JT and have it controlling a set of off-road lights. It makes the ultimate backroad high beam switch. No more fumbling trying to find a button to push while driving, just click the switch with your foot. The momentary switch was an option I added for customers looking for a way to control items such as a train horn.

Thanks! My somewhat silly motto is: "I sell you customer service, you just get cool parts with it!"Good God man, what amazing customer service! ?

Thanks. I'm thinking of doing the same as I don't have very long legs.I used the lower holes closest to the driver.
Tyderian, i'm down here in the NE GA mountains and many of our POV's are JL's. We have 5 of them including mine, so yes, there are several of them still being used. My dealer in North Alabama told me that that approximately 10K of them were made in 2021. Now concerning the dead pedals, us RHD folks have to contend with 2" less width in the footwell so it gets cramped down there real quick. Are RH really that rare? I literally see one every day, or at least every week, passing me on my way into town. It's always the same one. Maybe it's a Unicorn...
Should be no reason.
OP here. The money you save will be more than offset in the frustration of installation. After alot of research I went with the DV8 ($100). EASY install, solid as a rock, well-positioned, adjustable, and doesn't rest on the floor mat. The MORE install threads are a horror story of body contortions, with most postmortums suggesting that you look elsewhere. Some installers even had to remove their driver's seats to get into position.Any reason why a MORE Wrangler dead pedal (p/n KDPJL18DS) would not fit Gladiator (p/n KDPJTDS)? They look exactly the same on the MORE web site but despite that have different part numbers. My understanding is the the relevant bodywork front door and forward is the same for both JLs and JTs.
I ask because there's a local Wrangler JL MORE dead pedal for sale cheap, but we have a 2023 diesel Gladiator.
Is there enough adjustment so that it's almost straight up and down , well close to it, back where it comes down from the mounting bolt?Take a look at the Dead Pedal I designed. When mounted, the rear piece sits flush on the firewall, so it is mostly vertical. Is there enough adjustment so that it's almost straight up and down , well close to it, back where it comes down from the mounting bolt?
Great, thanksWhen mounted, the rear piece sits flush on the firewall, so it is mostly vertical.
YourGreat, thanks
That looks like a great dead pedal, and the dimmer switch is a great idea. Do you have a 4xe version? When mounted, the rear piece sits flush on the firewall, so it is mostly vertical.
The mounting brackets are different. I have the MORE JLU. MORE website has a picture of the difference. Or did when I bought mine.Any reason why a MORE Wrangler dead pedal (p/n KDPJL18DS) would not fit Gladiator (p/n KDPJTDS)? This is way overblown. I am 50 yrs old, have a bad back, half blind, can't do anything left handed and I installed the MORE in 15 minutes.OP here. BTW, if your local seller survived a MORE install AND a removal, buy him a beer.
Whenās the last time you called a help desk and didnāt get someone who spoke English? This is way overblown. I am 50 yrs old, have a bad back, half blind, can't do anything left handed and I installed the MORE in 15 minutes.
MORE customer service was top notch also. They sent me one wrong nut. Phone call got an English speaking person that actually works for MORE. The sent me a while new hardware kit next day air.
I chose the MORE because it doesn't go all the way to the floor. I can slide the floor mats out with no extra effort.
